TeleSales Representative (Ref. US111)
As a Telesales Representative, you will make outbound sales calls to and receives incoming calls
from customers and prospects.
You will promote products and services as directed, in order to achieve established sales goals.
Customers may be assigned from a territory or by random queue allocations, as management directs.

< High school diploma (some college courses preferred)
< 2-4 years inside telesales experience
< Successful consultive product sales experience

Telesales Managers (Ref. US121)
As a Telesales Manager you will provide strong leadership,
coaching and development to sales representatives. key responsibilities
will include the following:
JOB DESCRIPTION
< Develop and implement strategic plans to exceed sales and profitability
goals;
< Assume a lead role in the application of sales systems and
reporting for the sales center, including proactive and in depth
analysis of all performance metrics;
< Coordinate hiring, professional growth and development of all
personnel;
< Continual refinement and coordination of Telesales coaching
and training techniques;
< Conduct regular performance review sessions for associates;
< Creation, administration and implementation of Comfluence policies
and procedures;
< Assume a key role in departmental morale, and the generation
of positive satisfaction in survey results for the overall Telesales
associates;
< Demonstrate a highly professional and positive attitude regarding
all activities and interactions including internal and external
communication, interpersonal relationships and teamwork;
< Lead by example and earn respect and loyalty of the sales center
staff;
< Manage a 6–20 sales team;
< Respond to customers with urgency and sensitivity to balancing
their needs with the needs of the company;
JOB REQUIREMENT
< Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
< Minimum of 7 years sales center or sales industry experience
with 3 years managing sales associates preferred;
< Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and strategic planning;
< Exceptional problem solving, organization and planning skills;
< Exceptional written and oral communication skills, presentation
skills a plus;
< Computer literacy a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); and
< Ability to perform at a high level with limited direct supervision.
